1/2 cup melted unsalted butter (cooled) 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1 egg (room temp) 1tbsp vanilla extract 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour 1/2tbsp baking soda pinch of salt mini semi sweet chocolatechips graham crackers marshmallows 2 hershey's chocolates In a bowl add cooled melted butter than add light brown sugar and granulated sugar. Mix it well. When batter is smooth add egg and vanilla extract, whisk for 2-3 mins. In a separate bowl add all purpose flour, baking soda, salt and mix it well. Add this dry batter to wet batter. Than add mini chocolatechips and mix it until cookie dough is formed. Put parchement paper in 9*9 baking dish and add graham crackers as a base. Add half of cookie dough and spread evenly. Add a layer of marshmallows and hershey's milk chocolate chunks. Top it with remaining cookie dough and add hershey chocolate chunks. Preheat oven to 350 F. In a preheated oven bake for 25 mins or until marshmallows are melted and cookie dough is lightly golden. Let it cool completely before cutting. :)

i did the recipe exactly but the dough was more liquidity than showed in the video! i think it’s probably fine!

so I did it and I waited to cut it, maybe like an hour (I was doing other baking) if you like raw cookie dough texture 25 minutes is for you, I dont so now I gotta figure out how much longer to bake

Mine came out almost raw in the center like everyone else’s. I’m going to try this again but par bake the first layer of cookie dough then add the marshmallows and remaining cookie dough and see how that works. I’ll report back lol🫡
