Love the coat but sign out. I feel like this is a great lesson to invest in quality pieces and it doesn’t have to be perfect right away. You can buy it taylor immediately or if you sit with it longer like your taste may change and that’s OK

It’s not that there are shoulder pads, it’s that they are in the wrong place. Like you said, your shoulders are narrower than the coat and should be tailored to fit really well.
