Also Elpheba never ‘stole him’, she didn’t even pursue him while he & Glinda were together. Fiyero dumped her when they were in front of the wizard & ran off with Elphaba.

10000% Fiyero was wrong for staying with Glinda and making her think he was in love with her. But Glinda was also wrong for pushing an engagement onto him without his knowledge and making him feel trapped. That’s the point of the film, to explore themes of wickedness. Fiyero was wrong for leaving Glinda for Elphaba out of the blue but Glinda was also wrong for suggesting using nessarose as leverage to trap Elphaba. Let’s not shame a character for their bad decisions if you’re just going to ignore and downplay the other side of the coin
