im sorry teacher didnt deal with this properly at all. Harvey was to blame here. sometimes some kids have soo much going on for them to behave like this. you need to get to the cause of their behaviour and help them. instead of casting them off as a troubled kid..... yes they are troubled but there always a way to support them.
