As a cosplay and fantasy photographer I refuse to use AI. I like working with my clients to create the entire shoot including location or even building custom set designs. AI is so bad for our environment and minds. Being creative and using our own talents and emotions to create art together is what creating art is all about! Not prompts and generative garbage.

No photographer worth their salt would willing accepting doing a lazy ai background. Learn the actual skills to manipulate elements and actual photos to build it the correct way.

As someone who’s edited their own cosplay photos it’s not hard to find royalty free backgrounds that match what you want or to find a screen grab from the show or game to edit in. Very disappointed with photographers who do this. Seen this with “can I make art of your cosplay” commissioners too
