I think I’ve done at least 25 interviews. Some only one round others up to 3. Good news, I’m getting interviews. Bad news, I’m getting interviews and no offers. It’s exhausting and also can get confusing. You can only prep so much and then if you have 2-3 in a week, I find myself getting confused on the job descriptions. How do you prevent fatigue?

interviewed last Thursday. Emailed a couple of hours after the interview thanking for their time. Received reply thanking me for mine reiterating as explained in the interview that they would definitely be responding by the end of the 19th. Haven’t heard. Guessing it’s not me, but I haven’t even gotten a rejection. Are they obligated? Should I call Monday?

Hey Missy! I enjoyed meeting w/you before my last interview (final round) I was rejected but 2 days later I saw the final panelist and she told me to apply for something else and use her as a reference. I have that interview today!!

Just had a 3rd round interview that I drive 300 miles each way for plus hotel. Paid $85 for an action plan to be printed. Recruiter is confused as well and said she’s frustrated. They wanted experience I have and discussed in the interview. So dejected.

What do you do about a recruiter who has said they love you and the owner of the firm introduces you to tons of people and present you to a client. The client meeting goes well. You get another meeting. Then a month goes by in the recruiter sends a poorly worded message with incomplete sentences, saying they are going with someone else with no explanation and no intent to stay in touch? It’s the most bizarre thing. I messaged her and asked if she could share anything and said that I would like to stay in touch with the recruiter and no response after copiously praising me and after I probably spent 40 hours on assignments for the interview.
