Ya know what makes me unreasonably mad... how Nov 29th is the 50th Anniversary of the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA) and the federal government promised back then to pay 40% of state's cost of special education but today they only pay less than 15%. Do the math on that. 😡
