I just chopped the bottom 1/3 of the liner on a pretty tropical skirt, and I'm so happy with the look. I need to figure out how to repeat with other patterns.

So true! I also miss lined pants. I love how they still charge you the same price as lined pants though for less quality fabrics. I will gladly pay more for lined too. Lining is everything!
