I don’t get this. Loads of modern cars flash the brake lights if you brake hard. They only do it if you’re braking really hard.

Pretty sure if doing an emergency stop in any bmw f series, the brake lights flash as a warning to people behind. They come as factory standard. Surely they can't be illegal.
