What's ridiculous is workers are expected to give a 2 weeks notice when they plan to leave, but employers can just terminate a worker without notice for no reason and people think that's fine.

I gave my sous chef off time in December. i was told by higher ups I couldn't do that bc he hadn't been for the 6 month yet. I told him during the hiring process it was fine. never heard from directors again😂
