@dana_conway: Available to be said girlfriend😏 Welcome back to “Single, but cooking like someone’s falling for me tonight.” Who’s hungry?👀 Hot Honey Chipotle Sliders Buns (makes 9): • 500g strong white bread flour • 10g salt • 30g caster sugar • 10g instant yeast • 250ml warm whole milk • 50g unsalted butter (softened) • 1 egg (for brushing) • 6–8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs • 120 ml buttermilk (or milk + squeeze of lemon) • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 1 tsp garlic granules • 2 tsp chipotle paste • ½ tsp salt • ¼ tsp pepper • 100 g plain flour • 50 g cornflour • ½ tsp baking powder • ½ tsp smoked paprika • 60 g hot honey • Chipotle Mayo, pickles and crispy onions 1. Mix flour, sugar, salt (one side), and yeast (other side). 2. Add warm milk and butter. Knead until smooth. 3. Prove 1–1.5 hrs, shape into 9 balls, rise again 45–60 mins. 4. Brush with egg, bake at 180°C fan for 18–22 mins. 1. Mix buttermilk, paprika, garlic, chipotle, salt and pepper. Add chicken thighs and marinate. 2. Preheat air fryer to 190°C (or deep fry but I didn’t want to) 3. Mix plain flour, cornflour, baking powder, paprika, chipotle and salt. 4. Lift chicken from marinade and coat in the flour mix. 5. Lightly spray both sides with oil. 6. Air fry 22 minutes, flipping halfway and spraying again. Cook until chicken reaches 75°C. 7. Warm hot honey and brush over the hot chicken. 9. Serve in sliders with chipotle mayo, pickles and crispy onions. #fyp #whoshungry
