Polanski is 💯 clueless. The economic ruin the Greens would impose on people would span generations and set the country back 100 years.

He is completely out of his depth boe actually holding 250 billion. He seems to think he can operate outside the markets. He is either stupid or delusional. Both means he should be knowhere near power

This clip demonstrates exactly why Polanski has no clue of the economy. He must believe in the magic money tree. Drama degrees from a 2rate university doesn’t cover managing a budget.

Every person who has seemed to ‘know what they are doing” in the last 15 years has fundamentally let us down and made things worse. Maybe knowing every single figure some rando ex politician podcast asks you isn’t the litmus test for a good leader

Polanski is just yet another activist and not a serious politician. If anyone was to actually watch anything to do with him it’s very clear he does not have a clue

I thought this interview might go a little like this. Rory was part of the problem (that we are still feeling the effects of) but the person with new ideas is somehow the problem.

These men treat the economic system like it’s a force of nature we are beholden too. Zack’s right, the current system isn’t working and we don’t have to keep doing things this way 💚

Happy #FungiFriday, let’s celebrate with a diversity of bolete bops! One of the most common questions I get is “why do you tap the mushrooms?” The biggest misconception is that I do this to spread spores, to be very explicit - mushrooms are fully capable of spreading spores on their own. I tap mushrooms for a variety of reasons: to test the density/maturing, to help knock off dirt, to chase away bugs/critters, and because it is FUN! I like the noises that all the different types of boletes make and it helps people viscerally engage with my content. Some people find this soothing as ASMR while others find it inane/annoying, but either way, it’s become a worldwide phenomenon as my tapping videos have been viewed hundreds of millions of times around the globe. . Another common misconception that arises with these videos is that cutting vs picking a mushroom makes a difference when it comes to harvesting. According to a 30 year study, there was no significant impact of harvesting method in the number or diversity of mushrooms that come up as a function of cut vs pick. The real threat to mushrooms is not how we harvest them or even how much foragers harvest, but the systematic loss of habitat, ecosystem collapse due to invasive pathogens, and unpredictable weather patterns due to climate change. Please recognize that shaming others for how they harvest a mushroom makes you look supremely silly. . #Boletes (Boletoids) are fleshy mushrooms, many of which are prized for their culinary value. They have a stereotypical mushroom shape: rounded cap and central stem, with pores (actually a series of parallel tubes) instead of gills underneath the cap. Most boletes have dark spores, ranging from olive brown to reddish brown. Most boletes are mycorrhizal, but some are saprotrophic or parasitic, and there are multiple genera that associate with insects. When identifying boletes, pay special attention to cap texture and reticulation on the stipe, along with distinctive color changes of the pores or internal mushroom tissue.
