if you want permanent straight hair i’d recommend japanese permanent hair straightening. it’s way less damaging.

idk if brazilian blowouts are the same way but my keratin treatment is heat activated and i got it bc i didn't want to blowdry my hair for it to look good and no one told me until i got it lol, it also seals the hair so it makes it more difficult for moisture to get into the hair shaft

Brazilians don’t permanently straighten it, it smooths it out and removes frizz. It doesn’t last for life not even a couple years
