If Mary was pregnant with Jesus in the age of modern medicine, would it have been okay for her to abort the child before that magical 12-15 week mark?

While I think almost everything here is exactly right, there seems something unjustified in positing the soul’s beginning, with certainty, at the moment of some amount of brain connections. You make the point that the person leaves the body once the brain is dead, implying the person wouldn’t begin to exist without the brain’s function. I’m suspicious of this point because a clear disanology between the two cases is that brain death marks the end of the brain’s powers, whereas conception, assuming no serious disability arises, marks the beginning of the brain’s powers. Why not place ensoulment here? There’s nothing obviously false with thinking maybe the soul persists in a dormant state until the brain reaches a certain state of development. So long as this isn’t ruled out, there seems to be significant moral risk in your view. (I also think there’s a decent Christian argument from the intrinsic value of human organisms, since our bodies are regarded as temples, that would be compatible with an embodied minds account, but my comment is already too long.)

easy, soul is present at fertilization because a "soul" is the patrern that makes one out of many.
the fact the new organism is one organism, is the fact that its a soul. In other words, organisms are souls trying live.
consciousness is present in ever living organism.

But if a fetus gets those things eventually, and you stop it, isn’t that identical to taking it out when it has them?

You’re preaching pagan Greek Platonic dualism. Jesus didn’t believe in a soul that is detachable from the body and he certainly didn’t believe in “ensoulment.” He believed that life was “nephesh,” a living, breathing being. He didn’t believe that a fetus (at any stage of development) could be a nephesh.

All this is great but more importantly we should never elevate the value of a fetus above that of a pregnant person. Assuming equal rights, no one gets to use another’s body for anything without consent.

The book of Numbers gives instructions on abortive procedures in accordance with religious law. The bible approves of abortion.

I’ve long felt that medical standard for life already exist as it relates to the end of someone’s life..why not apply it to the start. Brain and heart function.

If a soul begins at conception does that mean it also divides when an egg splits into two when identical twins are formed?

although talking animals Leviticus 17:11 offers helpful insight imo, the life of the flesh is in the blood. Unique blood type/DNA = unique person. Blood by 2-3 weeks and pumps by 5-6 weeks.

It is always morally acceptable for a woman to have an abortion, and it is nobody's business but hers what her reasoning is. This is fundamental bodily autonomy. When you draw a line, you remove bodily autonomy.

Would you say that something needs to be alive for them to have a spiritual relationship with God?
If yes then Psalm 22:9-10 proves that life begins in the womb.
"I was cast on You from my mother’s womb; from my mother’s womb you have been my God."
Davids relationship with God predates birth, and so this affirms continuity of life from conception onward.

How can individual capabilities like consciousness be used to determine a being’s value when newborns who lack the individual capability of rationality are still as valuable as rational humans. Its ok to pull the plug because theres no future experience to rob. Abortion is robbing the future experience of a valuable being
