You’re not supposed to mix dough on any speed higher than 2. It says it in the manual. Also the tilt heads are too light for large batches of dough. They always shake around

Yall in the comments blaming the mixer. WHEN YOU GET THE DOUGH HOOK, THE LABEL TELLS YOU DONT USE OVER LEVEL 2. YALL ARE USING IT TOO FAST AND BREAKING IT. Read the instructions, don’t break your kitchenaid due to user error and then blame the machine 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
