Question for you - are there continuing health benefits from eating a higher dose of fibre than the 30g minimum - or are they diminishing returns after this amount? I would say I tend to get more than 40 or even 50 g sometimes daily and I'm not sure whether this is benefiting me or not.

I read that we should choose beans and chickpeas in glass jars rather than tins as the cooking process it better/longer and therefore causes less gas and bloating 👍

when I measure a medium banana on nutracheck and Google it comes up as 3grams of fibre or less, so I feel like i have to eat double the fibrous foods... would love to try your fibre supplement
