had a ultrasound yesterday for this exact reason and they came back saying nothing is wrong, yet I have burning and feeling of uti/cystitis symptoms all the time

Interstitial cystitis is the absolute worst, I have steroid injections through cystoscopy every 6 months to help with the pain.

Ive been diagnosed with IC 5 years ago but i think its incorrect. Because i dont get any pain, only frequency (20 times a day). Its ruining my life

I went through two years of constant urethral burning and pain when going to the bathroom and after. So many doctors appointments and so many er visits. Sadly I eventually just gave up even after I got sent to a urologist, they felt around and said “I don’t see any reason for these issues, has to be stress.” It was one of the most painful and stressful and lonely times in my life. My husband was there the whole time and i remember telling him I felt crazy and was making it all up because of how many doctors told me there was no cause. Then strangely enough I got pregnant and have had barely any symptoms since, no one can give me any answers still. I live in fear it’s going to come back tho.

Peace and prosperity :
I believe I have interstitial cystitis. I have an appointment coming up this week. Had a uti a couple weeks back and took all the medication but that pain and urgency was still there, but worse. It’s an achy dull feeling. It feels like my bladder is swollen and makes me want to stay in bed. Does anyone else feel that same way? Or can anyone provide me with other symptoms

No answers yet for me - bladder looks healthy on a cystoscopy, yet uti symptoms and having to push to fully empty. Lab not showing bacteria growth 😭

I have all these symptoms i have had the urodynamic done prior to my hysterectomy and the cystoscopy and they havnt found anything the hysterectomy help but now im bsck to going 6-12 times at night and more during the day but my urodynamics shows my bladder didnt hold much urine and some days i feel like my bladder is going to explode just 30 minutes after going. I take trazadone to sleep and still wake up every night to go pee multiple times. All this started after my first pregnancy in 2019.

I’ve had issues with my bladder for years now undergone lots of tests no formal diagnosis. Recently diagnosed with hEDS which apparently is often linked to bladder pain

Was diagnosed with IC 10 years ago. Currently going through a flare, the retention is so so bad! I haven’t been in a flare this bad in years.

I have to go to the doctors once or twice a month and they say “no uti” that’s it. Last doctor swabbed for vaginitis and other stuff everything was negative. Had issues for 8.5 years and nothing helps
