Honestly, we do have worker's that would benefit from this type of option. Many employers, especially big box stores barely train their employees and expect them to function like they have a degree in the department they are in.

Wow! That sucks because really when you’re a teenager, you have no idea what you wanna do for a living so spend all that money on degrees just to figure out what you wanna do for a living. It’s kind of harsh. I guess it’s necessary to have a degree in cleaning a toilet.

That's just overkill and very discouraging. People have to get on with their lives like yesterday. I'm sure some of it is useful but nothing like learning the job hands on at the job site.
