I love your enthusiasm, determination, honesty, and humor. I believe in you! You will get figured out. I have thought about starting a gluten free starter and this is a reality check for me. I think I will do a little more research.

Gluten free is pretty dense really no matter what ya do lol and yes the gray color thru me off as well! But honestly that’s about as good as a simple gluten free sourdough gets 🤣❤️do NOT bash your self on this now if you want some gluten free dairy free brownies, cookies, blondies, chocolate cake and chocolate buttercream I’m your girl 🤣 also posting a gluten free dairy free pumpkin pie shortly that was actually preferred by everyone over the store bought normal one 🤣❤️
