@williamthecb: Friday nights have a new norm: Mobility Training. Loosening tight spots, opening up my hips, improving flexibility, jumping higher and—hopefully—running faster. If you want to perform on matchday, it’s not enough to train once a week. Becoming the best version of yourself means putting in the extra work. My weekly routine (on top of school + homework): Monday: Fitness training + Taekwondo Tuesday: Swimming + 1 hour in the home gym Wednesday: Taekwondo + gym work Thursday: Team football training + strength (weights) Friday: Mobility training Saturday: Matchday Sunday: Conditioning + light gym session I don’t know if I’ll ever make it as a professional footballer, but I do know I’ll give it everything I’ve got.
