It's a cycle! Just let it go and move on. I've given my avoidant 3 chances always ends the same. The painful discard. It's a toxic cycle that you should make yourself aware of, and let that person be.

best information to give is work on healing yourself and becoming a secure attachment . 👀 if you're not already secure . and by then you wouldn't want. them cause you realize all the work you did and how much they will take and the risk they can drop you out of your securely owned state. 👀
