I recently visited a property in Coventry belonging to a mother and her son who are both dealing with serious health issues. After inspecting the property, it’s clear the roof structure has deteriorated badly due to long-term water ingress — several roofers have confirmed that the joists are rotten and the roof needs a full replacement.
