This quote doesn’t apply to working out, saving money or like practicing a skill, but if you deal with conflict the same way or you get angry and act the same way and you expect a different result , then that would make it insane kinda thing. Bruh… The saying is not taken literally. It’s a real life example of the definition. 😂 The definition lines up with the saying. It’s extremely foolish and irrational to do the same thing over and over expecting different results.
