as a NICU nurse, most babies who "hate being swaddled" don't really, they just haven't been swaddled right. a tightly swaddled baby keeps them asleep much longer because they're not starting themselves awake like I can see your little one doing x

You could just let her cry. I didn't see anything wrong w her. If she's not hungry or needs to be changed and she's just crying cuz she don't wanna be in the basinet you may have to train her to accept it.

we learned real fast that my three month old HAAAAATES sleeping on her back. she's a tummy sleeper. she'll sleep hard for hours on her tummy with her blankie covering her back and legs. "safe sleeping" be damned. the only thing that matters is either of us gets any sleep at all
