Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: On April 24, 2025, at around 11:41 PM, Lakewood PD Officer Tyler Glancy spotted a silver 2018 Toyota 4Runner weaving across lanes on Detroit Avenue. He flipped on his lights for a stop. The driver pulled into the Garfield Middle School lot. Glancy stepped out and approached the Toyota's driver, Vanja Stanisic. She said she'd come from Fairview Hospital, her workplace. While talking, he smelled alcohol. He saw signs of impairment too. He asked her for field sobriety tests. He began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Glancy noted no smooth eye pursuit. Nystagmus jerked at max deviation and started before 45 degrees. Next came the Walk and Turn. She missed heel-to-toe steps. Her turn was sloppy. For One Leg Stand, she didn't lift her foot high enough. She dropped it early. Her wild driving, alcohol smell, beer admission, and failed tests led Glancy to arrest her for OVI. A car search turned up Oxycodone pills prescribed to someone else. After cuffs, Vanja said she'd hit a Browns Stadium concert. She owned up to two beers. Cops took her to Lakewood PD for booking. They read the ALS form. She skipped the breath test.
