XXL Double Chocolate Chip Nutella Muffins 🍫🤎 6 große Muffins Zutaten * 2 Eier (Größe M) * 120 g brauner Zucker * 90 g Butter, geschmolzen * 60 ml neutrales Öl * 150 ml Milch * 1 TL Vanilleextrakt * 180 g Weizenmehl (Type 405) * 45 g Backkakao * 1 TL Backpulver * ½ TL Natron * 1 Prise Salz * 140 g Chocolate Chips (Vollmilch oder Zartbitter) Zum Füllen * 6–12 TL Nutella (je nachdem, wie tief ihr die Muffins aushöhlt) Zubereitung 1. Den Backofen auf 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. 2. Eier und braunen Zucker für etwa 2–3 Minuten cremig aufschlagen. 3. Geschmolzene Butter, Öl, Milch und Vanilleextrakt dazugeben und kurz unterrühren. 4. Mehl, Backkakao, Backpulver, Natron und Salz miteinander vermischen und anschließend vorsichtig unter die flüssigen Zutaten heben. Nicht zu lange verrühren. 5. 100 g der Chocolate Chips unter den Teig heben. 6. Den Teig gleichmäßig auf 6 große Muffinförmchen verteilen. Die Förmchen sollten etwa zu ¾ bis knapp voll sein. 7. Die Muffins bei 180 °C Ober-/Unterhitze für ca. 25–32 Minuten backen. Ab etwa 25 Minuten könnt ihr die Stäbchenprobe machen. Es dürfen noch ein paar feuchte Krümel oder etwas geschmolzene Schokolade am Stäbchen hängen – flüssiger Teig sollte jedoch nicht mehr daran kleben. 8. Die Muffins vollständig auskühlen lassen. Anschließend mit einem kleinen Messer oder einem Apfelausstecher die Mitte aushöhlen und jeweils mit 1–2 TL Nutella füllen. 9. Die restlichen 40 g Chocolate Chips auf den noch warmen Muffins verteilen. Mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together, then gently fold them into the wet ingredients. Do not overmix. 5. Fold 100 g of the chocolate chips into the batter. 6. Divide the batter evenly between 6 large muffin cups. The cups should be about ¾ to almost completely full. 7. Bake the muffins at 180°C (356°F) conventional heat for about 25–32 minutes. You can start checking with a toothpick after about 25 minutes. A few moist crumbs or some melted chocolate may still stick to the toothpick, but there should be no runny batter. 8.
