I couldn’t quit for my kids, as much as I wanted to. I’m 50 so thankfully not too bothered about the parties now. Who knew staying home with a cuppa and strictly on a Saturday could be what I want!?😂❤️

Yes things change but only for the better . If you have true friends they will support wall the way . You have to want the change and be determined. In the long run things will get better your health life and mental stability. It’s a very hard illness to overcome but you are amazing if you can with the right people around you. It’s always better with people never alone xxx well done for speaking out x🫶

You’re so right, I quit drinking for me in Jan, an I am loving life! …except, I don’t get invited round to my friends house to drink wine, or to meet them at the pub I still see my friends but I do miss that extra company.
