Hey guys, plaque psoriasis is an autoimmune condition. For some, their immune system is reacting to something environmental or habitual which is why cutting things out helps. For others, it's genetic and their body is literally attacking itself and they need treatment and it may never fully go away. Extra water and cutting out sugar isn't a cure, it helps certain people because that's what triggered THEIR immune response.

This happened to my husband, he is now psoriasis free. Just with a super strict diet. No alcohol, no gluten, no sugar, no fast food or processed food, no perfume directly on the skin or any cream with fragrance, no flour toothpaste… a lot of water, workout and sun. Hope this help to you ✨
