I purchased an Apple Watch Series 8 from Revibe, trusting that a premium device would function according to Apple’s specifications. After normal water use, the watch failed completely. My warranty claim was rejected and incorrectly labelled as “misuse,” with Revibe later relying on fine print about refurbished devices not being guaranteed to be water-resistant — a limitation that was never clearly highlighted at the point of purchase. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter respectfully and amicably, the case was closed abruptly, with zero accountability taken and no meaningful customer support offered. The communication was inconsistent, dismissive, and ultimately misleading. What made this worse is that Revibe only emphasized these exclusions once a problem arose, not when the purchase decision was made. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has completely eroded my trust in the brand. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with Revibe to think twice, read every line of fine print, and be aware that support may disappear when something goes wrong.
