I did a campaign where there was 25 bosses leading up to the big bad and as a bonus action it was able to use a buffed up version of the past bosses attacks since he was the one to grant that power. All the villains also dropped a magic item the party could use, but all the effects were halfed in some way since it was made by this big bad’s magic. I created a whole new damage type for this guy. Just think outside of the box for the big bad and it will be memorable

my group is fighting the crusaders and are going against essentially the 7 deadly sins. I can’t wait for there first encounter with all of them in 1 room. they don’t know it yet. but i set it up so they get stronger the more of them in one area 😂

I had such brutal encounters for just my Mid-Bad that the players asked me to tone it down for the Big-Bad 😅. They always had a way to make them weaker or turn the tables but the party at the time just wanted to hack away at the HP instead of planning/scouting ahead

only had two players show up for a one off. I was sure they were gonna wipe. nope. one of the two min maxed like crazy and dealt over 300 damage in 4 turns.

We are going against God's, currentlythe Godess of bad luck Beshaha. We have a minus d4 to each roll and if we roll a 20 we have to reroll. She used legendary actions to go six times in the turn order. She can also make us attack each other if we fail a save. We are scared enough 😂

My Custom made big bad with his two custon made minions, taking out using a trip I used from the book(a bomb on a tirp wire). why did it have to do so much damage????
