twisted mine, thought it was a sprain but i fractured it…until you can get it checked? keep it elevated, light movements for the ankle (i like to spell out the alphabet with it TRUST ME), and ice it (20 mins on, 20 mins off), plus advil for the swelling…def go get it checked though if you haven’t already! take it easy!!!
