my childhood dog was diagnosed with a rare joint cancer this past january. he was our everything. we decided to continue with amputating his leg rather than going with chemo. it gave him a couple more months, but then more tumors started growing on his body and we knew that we couldn't keep him here for much longer without his body giving up first. he passed at the end of july at the age of 10. he was with us for 8 years. it was the worst thing ever. i miss him everyday.

March of this year I found a knot, had it tested twice but it was inconclusive and they kept saying she had kennel cough. I switched in vets in July and the new vet actually listened to me and did more testing, unfortunately she had three tumors that were wrapped around her trachea and metastasized to her lungs. We were told we had 5 months, she passed on 11/5. I miss her every second of the day but I’m so glad she’s not suffering anymore.

That was me and my boy. He died from lymphoma four days after he was diagnosed. It was so quick, it’s been 10 months and I still can’t wrap my head around it. I’m so sorry.💕
