I called Dr. Pen because I was wondering about the hollow needles and they are not hollow. There’s a little hole at the base of the needle and the serum follows the needle down to the skin.

I have this and the fluid would never come out. I put it on 3 and nothing came out. I tried it at least 5-6 times and it was terrible.

Anything we inject under our skin has to be a sterile and I’m not sure what serums are sterile but microneedling alone (with numbing) works great.

Love your channel and education. Appreciate that products that you recommend are based in scientific research. Picked up this pen with the Black Friday.. question for you. I have read that there is a risk of potential scarring from micro needling. What are your thoughts on this and how to minimize. I tried to pick up the stem and NK serums for lifting of marionette lines and fine lines/ wrinkles. They were sold out. Do you have a an alternative recommendations to use in the pen for these issues? Ty for all the content that you create for us ❣️
