Just make sure not to take it if you have an allergy to shell fish and if you are on medication to lower your blood pressure and it may mess around with diabetes or taking medication for it , just monitor it .. also in some cases astaxanthin can affect testosterone and may reduce libido and develop gynecomastia .. basically always consult with your doctor if you are on any form of medications .
