Its company policy to ask customers to use the kiosk. Especially in California since minimum wage went up, owners don’t hire enough employees so those who are there, need to do multiple tasks. Not just stand at the register taking orders.

One if you see a person taking out the trash, it’s kind of rude to stop them to take your order. They will have to wash their hair. That’s why they have a key for you to go take your own order and order for you to go get the Manager. It makes no sense
