That’s such an amazing turn around! Going for Michelin star from being in prison. This is exactly how rehabilitation should be done! I definitely am finding someone to some along with me! We need all need to support this sort of process 💜

I think this should be supported massively!! A lot of prisoners have nothing. No reason to live a straight life because of so many reasons. Programmes like this give offenders a chance when they get out, building skills and above all else the confidence they need to turn their back on a life that doesn’t serve them. I could only wish there was more like this across every prison in the country 🖤
