My BMW brakes have seized before while driving. The brake pedal was firm unable to press it down. It resets its self after switching car off completely. So YES it can happen she’s innocent

It can happen, one time I let the engine of my car (also a BMW) stall and after like 3km my brake pedal were stiff as a rock, glad there wasn't anyone in the right lane and I was able to avoid a collision.

Only in these shows otherwise cops just lie give false evidence loose CCTV if it helps the defendant as they know in court if they are caught lieing they won't be done for perjury or perverting the course of justice, they just get a pat on the back & a promotion if the lies are really big 😂

The cctv footage shows the brake lights never came on the BMW, the speed was estimated at 45mph upon entering the toll booth lane.
