I can’t imagine no one noticed $1M in chicken wings with bones were being ordered but not being served. If food with bones is not supposed to be served to students how did this go on for so long? Who’s paying the invoices? Isn’t there any kind of check and balance system in place? I’ve worked in Accounts Payable and just because I had receiving tickets and invoices that were sent for payment they were still reviewed by each my supervisor.
