God's trials through goodness are mentioned in Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 155, which states: 1- Fear corresponds to the provision of intellect. 2- Hunger corresponds to the provision of wisdom. 3- Scarcity of wealth corresponds to the provision of money. 4- Scarcity of lives corresponds to the provision of souls. 5- Scarcity of fruits corresponds to the provision of knowledge. Indeed, all of a believer's affairs are good, and God's trials are for the best. Fear strips a person of their emotional attachment, reminding them of God, for only in the remembrance of God do hearts find rest. Hunger restricts a person's wisdom and makes them dependent on God, despite the freedom of stewardship. A person needs God to bear this trust. Scarcity of wealth signifies that worldly wealth is deficient in terms of God's presence and the quality of worldly possessions. Therefore, a person seeks help despite their wealth. Scarcity of lives indicates that those around you, compared to those you will find around you in Paradise, are imperfect in their creation, lifespan, and beauty. Treat them in a way that pleases God, and be patient when you part from them; God will compensate you with something better. Scarcity of fruits represents a deficiency in knowledge, which is misguidance.
