@hannajolin: Homemade gift idea, caramel fudge🤍 3 dl heavy cream 2 dl sugar 1 dl agave sirup 100g butter Bring cream, sugar, and syrup to a boil over medium heat and cook for about 30 minutes, until the mixture has thickened. Add the butter in cubes and stir until fully incorporated. Pour the mixture into a container and sprinkle with flaky sea salt. Refrigerate it, preferably overnight, then cut into squares.
