Craig :
It always confused me growing up with South African fudge and then seeing shops like the American Fudge factory and them being so different. Turns out SA fudge is actually more like a Scottish Tablet, but the fudge name just stuck. Still a favourite of mine to make.

First nougat, now fudge. Why? I'm trying to cut down on sugar and now suddenly I'm seeing your vids on how to make my favorites 😭

Is there a brownie version? I can’t find a recipe online or anywhere but in high school they used to sell these “refrigerated” brownies and it was so good 😭

I have a childhood memory when my Mom made fudge. It was in the fridge then freezer for 3 solid days, and we still ate it with a spoon 😂 was delicious tho.

I used to love fudge so much. I’m not sure if I can still handle that much sugar anymore. 🤣
