If it helps anyone feel better, the camps usually used soft psychological torture methods like sleep deprivation/exhaustion and wait til the last night to trigger it, causing mass breakdowns they label as being moved. It was all smoke, mirrors and minor abuse

Worship hour legit became my safe hour to cry from being overstimulated. Everyone thought I was rocking back and forth, crying because the spirit was moving me. Actually it’s because all the noise & overhead light’s. 😂😂
