I think i almost passed away from this one night sleeping in my car, i woke up but not normal! It was like i was Deep Deep sleep, could barely open my eyes, my brain felt super foggy and it took a minute for my consciousness to kick in , when I slowly came to i realized what i had done and immediately turned the car off and got out

I recently commented on a post on fb when I heard about this, i recently buried my daughter December 2,2025, I had put out a missing person report but to find out she wasn’t missing, my husband and I found my daughter and my granddaughters father whom was 2 months at the time,a few blocks from the house , they both were unresponsive in a truck, for about a month we were clueless of what they could’ve passed away from overnight in a new community, but to find out it was carbon monoxide, which didn’t cross our minds that it could be that because we thought u had to be closed in, not knowing a gas leak can cause Carbon monoxide poisoning, I am now raising my 10month old Granddaughter with no mother or father, I am praying for the strength of the mother of the children because I’m still numb and in shock,so Im starting a Carbon monoxide awareness in Dallas because this has become a big thing and they would still be here if the car came with some warning sign or something in the car to send of a warning,I now keep a window crack in my car #carbonmonoxideawareness #LLqui #LLthemall #staysafe

When we were kids, we went deer hunting and there was my brother-in-law which was 21 at the time and the rest of us were 15/16 old enough to have known better. We were sleeping in the back of my friends pick up with the camper shell and it was freezing out, so we stuck a portable heater in there with us. He actually caught my sleeping bag on fire. That’s why we ended up waking up, but that was the dumbest thing we ever did. It could’ve killed all four of us by the carbon monoxide itself good thing that started burning my sleeping bag up and woke me up.
