We stayed here over christmas, our beautiful room was on the beach side. On arrival we couldnt book into any of the individual restaurants due to them all being fully booked the whole 7 days we stayed !! The main restaurants were awful, not much food left by the time most of the big family's piled their plates sky high to only leave most of it... discraceful !!! We didnt eat a proper meal for 3 days till we found the Tirana restaurant, total game changer, absolutely brilliant 👍

Unfortunately, this was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. We booked 3 rooms for two families and specifically asked for them to be close together, but we were placed in 3 different buildings. The reception employee treated us with arrogance and promised after the first day that we would be moved to a suite next to the rest of the family, but they never kept their promise despite us asking several times. In addition, there were plumbing problems in the room more than once, and transportation inside the hotel was terrible because the tuk-tuks were always full. We also sent complaints and never even received a reply. A very disappointing experience, and I will never return to Sharm because of what happened here.
