Secondhand leather is way more environmentally friendly than vegan alternatives, which are ultimately just plastic that will degrade in quality quickly but never decompose in a landfill.

You understand 90% of leather is a cow leather, and cows will still die while non-vegans exist. And non buying secondhand leather is insane because wdym you care about the environment, but not care enough to not buy plastic

im not vegan but i honestly i completely get the ”not dating non-vegans”, y’all won’t have to cook 2 different meals, no worries of cross contamination in the home, it’s a lot more efficient! it makes sense!

I hate that most people respect boundaries UNLESS you tell them you’re vegan. I had a doctor assume I was vegan for religious reasons and tell me what supplements to take. But once I corrected him, he went on a rant about how it wasn’t healthy and I need a balanced diet.
