Just turn your lights down low. Play some mediation music and relax maybe. This will distinguish between night and sleep and day.

I also think its fantastic you are sharing this and showing FTMs that this is completely normal and even with cluster feeding and hourly feeds that their milk is more than enough for their baby!

ive been a silent watcher. firstly your doing an amazing job an still looks amazing after bare minimum sleep.. secondly the comments section from some os ridiculous how can people compare someone else's child to their own.. babies feed differently not 2 babies are the same. baby looks happy an healthy. dont listen to all the "experts mummies" your doing brilliantly xx

You’re absolutely smashing it 🤍 It’s completely normal for babies to cluster feed when they are due a growth spurt and babies cluster feeding is a way to increase your milk supply.
