Would you put them down with succs and keep them paralyzed with roc or sugg in conjunction with a deep sedative? I hate redosing succs because of the K+ component of it and I feel like too heavy of a Benzo would be risky on top of the intrathoracic pressure decreasing CO? Am I on the right path here?
