Honestly, as a woman, if a man doesn’t show any kind of emotion like let’s say a family member dies or anything. It makes me think that theyre a psycho. I’m fine with Stoicism in regards to controlling your anger and outburst.

He’s over therapy, but never been. Fitting. Even some of our youngest have been thru a massive pandemic that altered their understanding of socializing and skyrocketed their anxiety, not to mention other world atrocities. There is a HUGE need for therapy

Parker gave a very good understanding here, it's about the "over expression" of typical traits, yes. When a man *refuses* to find emotional balance or truth, because that would be "unmanly". This extreme behaviour does risk leading toward angry explosion & violent outbursts.
