Why do they boil so much? Leach all the natural flavor out of veggies, meat, potatoes, to just not add any seasoning back? I understand they are often “supertasters”, but this much boiling seems excessive

Feed them dominican food i beg you! (Sancocho, Pernil with moro and ensalada de papa(dominican potato salad), Dominican oxtail with white rice, Los 3 golpes(mangu with salami, cheese, and eggs), Pollo guisado(stewed chicken)
