I literally rolled my eyes when someone told me Hannam Dong Oriental Roast Chicken (한남동한방통닭) is a must-try food spot in Seoul — like… why would I fly all the way to Korea for rotisserie chicken? But trust me, Hanbang Tongdak (한방통닭) — this Korean wood-roasted chicken split and cooked over a live fire — ended up being one of the BEST things I ate in Seoul.
